(Reuters) - Actor Stellan Skarsgard (R) presents the Shooting Stars award to actress Lotte Verbeek of the Netherlands at the 60th Berlinale International Film Festival in Berlin February 15, 2010. The award is a prize that goes to a selection of young actors who have stood out in the European film making scene in recent years.
